Zen-10 Chalfont Fitness Classes

Zen Fitness Chalfont opened in October 2014. We have been coaching men and women in Bucks and Montgomery counties to reach their personal health and fitness goals. Each class is in the morning to start your day off in a healthy way. Classes are held Monday through Friday and each day is a different workout, between Z-Cardio, Upper Body and Lower Body Strengthening and Kickboxing. Each day challenges your entire body. Each coaching session includes nutritional guidance and counseling along with accountability and the added benefit of friends that will push you to achieve your desired results.

Meet our coaches

Coach Pam has been the head coach since opening in October 2014. She holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science/Rehabilitation and is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA and ACE). She also holds certifications in Weight Loss Management, Corrective Exercise (NASM) and Youth Fitness (ACE). She knows the trials of fitness as she has lost 85 pounds and managed to keep it off for 2 years. She keeps classes motivating, exciting and she can help push you to achieve your long lasting healthy lifestyle. Currently, she holds a 2nd degree black belt and preparing to test for her 3rd degree in Spring 2017.

Coach Deana: I became very interested in health and fitness back in 2001 when I woke up one day and realized I was 20 lbs more than when I was 9 months pregnant. That summer I lost 52 lbs through diet and exercise. Since then, as I continued to maintain my weight and health, I was always searching for just the right exercise program with the right people. In March of last I discovered Zen. I thought it was a perfect fit for me right from the very first class. In June, I began coaching. It is my goal as a coach, to have every member enjoy the class as much as I do and see the results they want.

Coach Meagan: Megan has been a coach with Zen Fitness since March 2015. She believes life is too short to be serious, she likes to laugh and have fun. No reason hard work has to be boring, here at Zen you will be certain to get a fun & amazing workout everyday! It is her her goal that everyone enjoy the class and leave with a smile on their face knowing they pushed themselves and did their personal best. She wants every Zenner to feel like they are special and their uniqueness matters, what are their likes? dislikes? goals? restrictions? whatever it is she will work with them before, during and after class to help them make the most of the workouts and help them achieve their goals.

Coach Cyndi: started coaching Zen Fitness in 2014. She has always been interested in fitness and nutrition, and was thrilled to be led down this new path! Watching class members achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of being a coach for her. She is also pursuing her black belt at Action Karate, and will test in October. Her favorite thing is being a stay at home mom to her three children!

Coach Christie: I have been a member of Zen for just shy of a year. In that time, I have lost 35 pounds and numerous inches. The motivation and encouragement I receive from my fellow members is absolutely cherished! I feel honored that I have the privilege of helping others to attain their health and fitness goals as the newest coach on the team!
