At Zen 10, our small group fitness classes are designed to get you active while keeping your workouts fun and exciting. Each class includes cardio, mobility, and strength training, wrapped in different packages every day, so you’ll always feel engaged and never bored. Tailored to make sure you are getting a total body workout while focusing on specific sections, we vary the workouts to target your upper, lower or core.


Monday: Z-Fit

Sweat off the fat to a lean, mean, new you. Our Monday workouts include everything you need to get your heart pumping and give you a healthy start to the week.


Tuesday: Upper Burn

Don’t let the low-impact fool you, these high-intensity workouts ignite the AfterBurn Effect to help your body keep burning calories, all day long.


Wednesday: Insanity

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school group interval training on its head to get you insane results.

If you’ve ever been to a Spin class, you know how old-fashioned interval training works. You motor along at a moderate pace for a while – then all at once, you kick up your speed and heart rate – just for a minute or so. After that, it’s back to a lower gear, giving you plenty of time to catch your breath. But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. We call it Max Interval Training because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.


Thursday: Lower Burn

Working much like the Upper Burn class, only focusing on your lower sections, it is also focused to make sure that you are burning calories, long after you’ve left the gym.


Friday: Zen Kick Boxing

Defining every inch of your body, without straining your joints or bulking up. With our low-impact, high-intensity moves, you’ll have strength training, flexibility, and cardio all working toward making you lean and fit—in every workout!
